Where is my order
Check on an order
Your order reference is printed on the invoice we sent you. Enter it with the email address that invoice went to, and you will see exactly where your order has got to.
Lost the invoice, or it will not match? Call 786-863-6370 and a person will look it up.
A question we get a lot
Why we don’t ask for a container number
Because you don’t have one
When you buy from a factory overseas and hire someone to move it, the goods are yours from the moment they leave the supplier. You are named on the paperwork. You get a container number, and you spend the next six weeks typing it into a shipping line’s website.
That is not what happens here. We buy the goods. They are ours until they reach your door. You are not on the carrier’s paperwork because you are not the one importing anything — we are.
So you get something better
A container number only tells you where a steel box is. It says nothing about whether the factory finished on time, whether the goods passed inspection, or whether the entry cleared.
An order reference tells you all of it, because it follows your order from the day you approve the price to the day it is on your floor. That is the part you actually wanted to know.
The eight stages
What each one means
Every order moves through the same eight. Nothing is skipped and nothing is hidden — if your order sits on one stage longer than you expected, call and ask why.
| Stage | What is happening | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Order received | We have what you are looking for — the product, the quantity, where it needs to go. | Nothing. |
| Finding it | Locating a supplier who can actually make it, or checking over the one you found. This is where most of the risk gets taken out. | Nothing, unless we come back with a question about specification. |
| Price and spec agreed | You have seen one delivered price per unit and the exact specification, and said yes. | Your approval, and 50% to place the order. |
| Order placed | We have paid the supplier and the factory is making your goods. This is usually the longest stage. | Nothing. |
| Goods checked | We look them over before they load, in person or through our own agent at origin. Anything wrong goes back to the factory to be put right before it moves. | Nothing. |
| On the water | Loaded and sailing. The goods are ours the whole way — if anything happens to them at sea, that is our problem, not yours. | Nothing. |
| Landed and cleared | Arrived at a US port. Entry filed and duty paid under our own name and our own bond. | Nothing. |
| Delivered | On your floor. Liftgate or inside delivery if that is what the site needs — included, not billed extra. | The balance, on delivery. |
Notice which column is nearly empty. Between approving the price and taking delivery there is almost nothing for you to do. That is the whole point of buying this way rather than doing it yourself.
If it won’t match
A few things that trip people up
- Capitals and dashes don’t matter. OT-2026-0412, ot 2026 0412 and OT20260412 all find the same order.
- Use the email the invoice went to. If your accounts payable address received it and you are checking from your own, it will not match. We ask for the email so that nobody but you can read your order.
- A quote is not an order. If we have priced something for you but you have not approved it yet, there is no reference to look up.
- Lost the invoice? Call and we will read it to you. We are not going to make you hunt for it.
