What to have ready

New order

Four things

The product — a photo, a link or a model number is ideal. Roughly how many. Where it is going, city and state. And when you need it, if there is a date that matters. If you have already found a supplier, send that too and we will check them over.

Existing order

Your name

That is usually enough. If you have an order number, better — but we will find it either way.

One thing worth saying plainly. We buy goods and sell them on — we do not move cargo you have already bought. If you have paid a supplier overseas and need the shipment handled, you need a freight forwarder rather than us, and we are happy to tell you that rather than waste your time.

Send the details

Or use the form below and we will come back the same working day. Nothing is bought until you have approved a price and a specification.

This changes what we do next, so it is the first thing we ask.

Then we are probably not who you need. Once you have bought and paid for goods overseas, they are yours — and moving cargo that already belongs to someone else is a freight forwarder’s job, not ours. We buy goods and sell them on. Send the details anyway if you like and we will point you at someone who can help.

A product name, a link, or a model number. A photo works too — send it when we reply.

Size, material, colour, packaging, your logo on it. Skip this if you are not sure yet.

A number, a range, or "about a pallet". A rough figure is enough to price against.

Per unit, delivered. If you are comparing against a US supplier, their price is the useful one.

City and state, or a ZIP code. Anywhere in the US.

There is no wrong answer. It just tells us how much to explain.

Whichever you would rather we used.
